Delicious and Nutritious
This was one of the few Gochujangs made out of red pepper and fermentation. It is absolutely delicious. I mixed it with equal parts Miso Master mellow white miso and it was so good. I will be buying this again

Love this gochujang. I am not a connoisseur, I've only tried a few brands, but this is my favorite. Normally I grab a container from my local market but I wanted to find a pure pepper paste without onion or garlic or anything.It's not as firey and punchey as the one I get from my market, but I prefer that now. Don't think of it as delicate or bland though, it still packs a lot of flavor. Pure fermented chili flavor, and so smooth. Not much kick at all, if any, but for me that is ok. I'll add chili flakes or fresh hot peppers if I want it, the flavor from this is worth it to me.Because of its small size I use it for sauces rather than marinades, and I don't exactly tear through it anyway. But I always want to go back for a little more which is not something that happens with the generic mass market brands.Mostly I like that I can taste the smooth fermented chili flavor, and not just heat, but I have a low tolerance for heat so for you, that might not be a concern.

Super authentic tasting! You can taste the better quality in the natural umami flavori.I hope Koko carries this again because I just tried to re-order, but they were out.Gochujang is a good fermented item to buy online because it can withstand the shipping (kimchi has a hard time because it's bulky, requires ice, and it's cheap).

Tasty but very low on heat
I bought this specific gochujang because it is kosher. It is tasty, for sure. But it's almost not even spicy at ALL. Not sure if it's the batch I got or if it's the brand, but I can literally eat a spoonful of it without it tasting particularly spicy.

Very delicious but expensive
Delicious artisan and gluten free gochujang. Only downside is that it’s pricey stuff.
