The book is great and filled with vital information it has truly opened my eyes to a new cyclic way of living and I’m extremely excited to move forward in this new Devine feminine direction.However I feel like the book is just promotion for other flo products. There’s lots of information that is vital to actually living in your cyclic nature that is restricted if you do not have a membership with my flo which is 28£ per month ?!? Example “the first thing you need to do as part of the cycle syncing method is to resolve any hormone issues. This is what women do with us at floliving.com.” Then you go to the website and all the important information is guarded by a subscription. In the book there’s no breakdowns on how to resolve hormone issues or key pointers to what problems are. I feel very let down by this.The entire first chapter is about the authors passion to women Living in their nature and for young girls to never have to be told their period is a painful sin they will be doomed with forever. However the information is not accessible to the average person. Most people don’t have £28 extra a month or £280 a year to access this information. I think if the author was living in alignment with what she says is her passion all this information would be in the book.Rant over. I would still recommend the book to get yourself a better understanding of your cycles.
