Great for conceal
Fits well and holds tight. With the adjustability of the tension screws there’s no reason this should be too tight or fall out like some of the other reviews I’ve read. There’s nothing to stop the firearm from rubbing agaianst your body so make sure you wear it with a minimalist attitude in mind.

Dangerously tight on Glock 43
Way too much retention on the Glock 43, basically impossible to remove from the holster once its inside and it scratched my slide. I emailed the company about how to loosen it and they sent me a youtube link showing them forcibly bending the holster outwards to bend it out of shape and loosen it - this is their official channel and recommendation. I returned this immediately. Raven Vanguard 2 is the way to go for minimal holster.

not for the 43/43x/48
the slides or uppers are interchangeable among the 43, the 43x, and the 48 and they are all the same width. my g43x is completely loose inside this holster and no way to adjust it or tighten it up. will try to return for refund. /guy

The way it holds the gun IWB is good though, otherwise this would be a 1 start ...
It is nearly impossible to get my 43 out of this holster... as a matter of fact, it IS impossible. You have to remove the entire holster and the grip the gun with your strong hand, the holster with your weak hand and pry them apart. This thing is WAY too tight. The way it holds the gun IWB is good though, otherwise this would be a 1 start review.

Hard to pull firearm
Scratches my 42 bad and it's also very hard to pull your firearm I can wear it with my 5.11 gun belt and it will pull the whole holster out with the gun not happy with it and don't recommend it at all
