2 inch flap wheel where not 2 inch.
These two inch flap wheels did not measure 2 inches in diameter. The OD of these flap wheels are 1 7/8 inch and fit too loose in a 2 inch ID steel pipe to do what I needed. I will keep them and use them some other time on another project. They do appear to be of decent quality.
