Bought these while I had COVID-19 and I honestly thought they shortened the life cycle of the virus. Heard that from others too! Zinc & Vitamin C are a must for the flu to boost your immunity and this has 3 more supplements in there! Will take daily now to keep my immunity boosted. Highly recommend!
