Works wonders if attached correctly.
At first I thought I had wasted 24$s with this product. It wasn't until after I realized there was a lip that goes over pump piece that everything changed. The reviews mentioning poor suction and spills is caused by users not ensuring a proper seal between the silicone and pump flank. Amount pumped is greatly increased When properly attached. Picture is to show proper seal.

These should be included with the pump
I have super stretchy areolas that get sucked in the smallest flange that comes with the machine. It was too big and these made it smaller so that it fit much better. You do have to stay fairly still while wearing them, but I was able to go hands free and use my phone just fine. They stay on just fine if you are fairly still. There is a little milk that gets behind it, but it's definately worth it. The comfort level and stimulation are honestly amazing compared to the normal flange. I don't understand the bad reviews, but highly recommend. It's a bit overpriced for what it is, but my boobs are so much happier!

Falls short
IF YOURE LOOKING FOR COMFY SILICONE INSERTS GET THE BELLEMA ONES! However they dont fit in the 24mm spectra flange đ©I really wanted to like this and naively assumed the 2 star rating might be misleading...it sadly wasn't and I wasted $20 on these. I didn't give it one star for the fact that you can tell they TRIED to make a good product but it just wasn't completely error proof. The little bubbles around it inflate too which is cool and I think might help with letdown ect. However I think they also contribute to loose of suction which makes them completely useless. I've tried to get them to work (especially since I can't return them) and they just don't cooperate. It sucks cos I have silicone inserts on my Bellema flanges and they are SUPER comfortable. That's why I wanted to give these a shot. They just don't work very well and I'm so sad they didn't put a little more effort into making this a better functioning product

Don't bother
These silicone inserts seem like a great idea. I have heard from many moms that are using other pumps with similar inserts that they helped their response to pumping when it seemed nothing else works. However, the execution of these are simply awful from an engineering perspective. These are supposed to be used in the 24mm and 28mm flanges. These are difficult at best to insert into the 24mm flanges. The little lip that is supposed to hold them to the flange is not large enough when used in combination with a hands-free pumping bra. Simply inserting the flanges in the bra pulls the lip off of the flange and causes the insert to become loose. Then when actually putting the flange to the breast, the tightness of the bra pulls the insert loose. So, in the end I tried it without the bra and putting it to breast also made it come loose. So what all of this boils down to is NO suction. On the 28mm flange, it seemed to stay put better. I did not have the same problems in the bra or with just holding the flange to the breast. As stated by other reviewers though, there is a MAJOR loss of suction. All in all, don't bother with these. Hopefully Spectra will read these reviews and make a serious effort at redesigning these.

Do not purchase, does not work.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Â Iâm a little angry at myself because I didnât read the reviews before I purchased, so when I got these in the mail and tried to use them, I was genuinely shocked as to why it wasnât working. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong- until I saw the reviews and realized it was the product, not me.I use the 24mm flange (for spectra). I wasnât 100% sure if it was too big or not so I ordered two of these to test them out and see if 22 would be better. For one, these inserts have a lip that attaches to the rim of the flange, but it doesnât secure very tight and it very easy to fall off. Good luck trying to use a pumping bra- I couldnât get these to stay on worth my life. For two, the âmassagersâ are counterintuitive. I donât understand what the goal was considering it completely inhibits the ability to get a good suction. I could turn my spectra up to twice the suction power I normally use, and it still wasnât anywhere close to the power I normally use to pump. And three, the insert doesnât rest firmly against the flange so when you pump, you get a whole bunch of breast milk between the insert and the flange that then leaks when you remove the flange from the breast, and the insert from the flange.Iâm a little disappointed. I could imagine having these issues if it was cross company products, but I bought the brand name for my pump specifically so I wouldnât have any issues. Hopefully spectra will release a better product soon!

So mad, so disapointed, DONT BUY IT!
This is the worst let down I have ever had in making a purchas! I have a provlem with reacuring mastitis and a solution that was advised was to add a silicon masaging insert to the flang. Not only would it be able to help get the milk out better but my flang size is too big for my nipples so it would help make the fit better to prevent the extra tug on my skin.. i should have taken the previouse reviews seriously, this product fails completly, it slides of the flang so easil(both size 28 and 24) you cant get a proper pull with this on! It completley fails im so upset at this its so disapointing, i dont understand how this was ever reliced to the market in the firstplace. DOES SPECTRA SELL ONE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS OR IS THIS THE ONLY KIND? .. i want my 10 dallers back
