I bought this umbrella in the summer of ‘24 a couple months after I noticed it wasn’t opening correctly and seen it wasn’t connected correctly, manufacture defect. I contacted the company through email and showed them the picture and they quickly sent a replacement.They his creates a lot of shade, easy to set up. Although I wish there were a stand only option when sitting on bleachers I’ve learned to use a rubber snubber to hold it on a bleacher and keeping it hands free. I’ve never used it in the sand, only on the softball field.

This isn’t just a one use product. We use this product from so many different events. This sun/rain umbrella is probably the best thing I’ve purchased to watch my kids play sports outside. Easy setup, doesn’t require more than one person to put up. Plenty of room for coolers chairs and a couple adults. I first seen these at a softball tournament in early October. The first thing that I noticed was how easy this mom set it up, she plugged in a little portable heater next to her feet and while it was raining and everyone else was getting wet and cold, she didn’t even notice it was raining. I knew I had to have one. Sense then we have taken this product to a dozen softball tournaments and many trips to the beach. The product has held up well and the anchor kit it comes with is no joke. Everyone asks me where I got it. I won’t be surprised if it his becomes the most popular product for sport’s parents and parents with kids that love the park. Only downside to this product is that it is fairly expensive. However, this is cheaper than a 10x10 canopy and with the anchor system it will last 10x longer than a canopy. Wind always takes out the canopy’s, this umbrella is nearly wind proof when anchored correctly. We have been in some very high winds in eastern Washington at tournaments and I’m always confident that I can leave it and walk away. This umbrella is the best thing I’ve seen on the market so far. The media could not be loaded. Works pretty darn good for wind break. Need better side stakes for beach, they do not stay in sand just pull right out.

It was WINDY, while setting it up, I had it facing with the wind (bad idea) and the Umbrella completely turned inside out. And it did Not break!!! make sure you put it against the wind (duh) it was 10-15 mph winds. You have the choice of keeping it low to the ground (which I did the lowest setting) OR bring it higher up. It blocked from sun&wind. Easy set/take down.Lightweight.Not heavy to carry.

Bought to use for shade at soccer games. Within 5 games, the bar included to use to twist the anchor into the ground bent. The next game we took it to was breezy with some moderate gusts of wind. One gust caught under the umbrella and collapsed it on us while sitting underneath. One of the bars bent, but we were able to bend it back and put it back to use for 1-2 more games. At that point, another slight gust of wind collapsed the umbrella again. The structure failed and wires connecting the top part came loose and the support bars disconnected. Despite every attempt I have made, this cannot be fixed without essentially unstitching and reconstructing the entire thing.I am disappointed this barely serviced more than a half a dozen uses before becoming useless.
