No Problems Here! (bloke review)
Once you get used to its quirkiness this is simply an item that does the job. It's no oil painting, but then who has an oil painting in the kitchen? Usually you end up with a drawer of bits for an item like this, but the blade holder box is great and looks good. I've owned it for eighteen months and can't fault it.

Product lasted one year just
I didn't ever use most of the accessories supplied and the first time the mill was used its rubber seal broke and so that went into bin. The motor burnt a week after fist year of purchase so that was the end of this processor.

Too Slow
Meaning I was too slow, not the processor. I saw this last week at £69.99 and with a little research realised that this was a total bargain. I couldn't wait to buy it, but when I logged in today I see that the price has risen to the rrp of £99.99. Such a shame. Think I may wait now to see if it goes back down...

Good for price
I decided to upgrade to a food processor. After shopping around for a while, I decided not to spend too much money on it just in case I might not use it in the end that much.I have found that this is just fine until I know what I really need.Plus points:Saves me time while chopping veg, pureeing baby foods and slicing.I have made nice smoothies and as long as you chop the pieces small enough it will work just fine.Easy to clean and small size is handy on my worktop.Minus points:Speed button hard to move with wet hands.Blade holder lid broke withing minutes.( I was too lazy to send it back)Its made from plastic, so does not quite match the rest of my steel toys on the worktop.Juice maker a bit fiddly, so really if you are in to every day juice making, get a proper one.Ok for beginners and helps me a lot!

doesn't live up to the Kenwood rep!
I bought this machine just under 2 years ago after I broke the plastic bowl on my previous Kenwood processor (which had served me well for almost 15 years!!) and was initially thrilled with it.The range of attachements was astounding. It can do anything you can possibly imagine, and I used it ALL of the time. Although I agree with one of the previous reviews that the plastic spindle falls to the floor EVERY time you remove the bowl. I was particularly impressed with the mill (great for coffee and nuts). The powerful motor initially perfomed brilliantly with things like pastry making, but I gradually noticed that the clutch on the motor was starting to slip while adding the water. Eventually (several months later) the blades just stopped rotating while the pastry was turning from 'breadcrumbs' to a dough. The motor was still going, but it was no longer strong enough to move the blades. So for a few months I just used it for everything else. The motor has now completely died and I need a new blender! I had paid for the Kenwood name, hoping for similar performance to my last blender, but have been VERY dissapointed. Hopefully (for all you other guys who have purchased this machine already), this is an isolated incident.

Very poor
I agree with Uncle Joe below, when I opened this piece of equipment with all its fancy bits I thought I was onto a winner. How wrong that impression was!I will stick to the most important things that annoy me:1)The attachment that links all the blades to the main mixer is very flimsy, has a tendency to get lost, and seems completely dispensible.2)The juicer struggles to get hold of fruits, so you have to put either very soft bits (ie banana) at the bottom or lots of milk before it even gets going3)The whisk is so poorly designed that you can't drizzle oil into it while it mixes, as the plastic that sustains the whisk gets in the way. Moreover, it doesn't pick up the ingredients properly as it's set too high (same as the blades of the mixer)4)Generally bad design and very little thought eveidently put into it.DON'T BUY IT!
