2-year Accidental Damage insurance for a LAPTOP from £200 to £249.99

I give this product a one star because I have to give a star inorder to review.I purchase this insurance providing that I bought a computer and a few days after I got a message from the insurance that it was cancelled and my money will be refunded.I was highly upset because I had wanted to insure the product that I bought which was a laptop.I am disappointed because I c this as a catch to cause ppl to buy products because they can insure the products and then after a few days the insurance company automatically decided to end the coverage.

I have given this 5 stars for now as it was quickly setup, but I will see if its worth paying for this extra protection if my daughters laptop needs to be claimed for.

Very disappointed that I bought it.Firstly, I couldn't get a reply form the seller for 1.5 months! Only after multiple contacts from Amazon they finally found some time to write me back.Secondly it is not true that you pay zero. The first year you can not qualify if the insurance of the manufacture is active and our manufacure for instance take a minimum fee for any damage of 50GDP

I've notified them on 2 occasions during the past month to do something about the damage to my chromebook. I've provided all the details as requested. I've never heard from them again, despite chasing for a response. I've made a complaint and will be proceeding to FOS.

I had questions for the Company and they were answered very quickly and put my mind at rest.

Easy to apply - hopefully we will never need to use it. Having it as a bolt on product took the pressure off of us having to find it elsewhere.

Reasonably priced, fully covers my product from any manufactures breakdown or any mishap from myself. Highly recommend.
