Bought for mother in law and she loves it. Neat and tidy, and very easy to use, she is loving being able to have a bath again rather than just showers due to knee issues.

Poor instructions
Clearer instructions for assembly and charging are needed. Had to go to google to see what items 4 are for ie transportation. Also how to charge the battery in the hand set.

Beware!
Only had for 10 months and already the seat mat is rotting away, and when the supplier was contacted they were negative and unhelpful!!
