Purchased as a replacement for another manufacturer's product. Like the style and controls. The sound quantity is way lower.....and the mic functionality is terrible. Callers can't hear me talking. The other set I had were much better.This set will be given away and a new one of the other manufacturer's will be ordered soon.

Can’t rate sound quality because of sound dropouts/interruptions even when my head is perfectly still; no one else seems to have this problem; happens on both iPhone8 & my iPad, so it’s not the BT transmission. I’m way past warranty because I just couldn’t deal with 1 more tech problem, put them aside, went back after 6 mos, gave up again, trying again over a year and a half from purchase. I was offered opportunity to return them on 1st query, but didn’t have time for the hassle of sending back. It’s like I’m refusing to believe they don’t work well!

These are much larger than I expected. The sound quality is not great. I bought them to wear while riding a motorcycle, so I could hear traffic as well. But they aren’t going to work for that. If you crank up the volume, they vibrate significantly. The first pair didn’t have a functioning left earpiece. They replaced them without any fuss. I’m considering sending these back as well.

These are a dream come true!! As a 40 year furniture builder that must wear hearing protection, I've never been able to listen to music in my work shop while operating machinery. I wear ear plugs to protect my hearing but can now also listen to talk radio, books on tape and music while working. These are phenomenal! They also work great when bike riding. You can hear your music but also hear approaching cars. I am buying multiple units to give to friends and family. These are a life changer!! Well done!

This headset is wonderful! I should have gotten earlier! Now I can listen to the music, podcast again while walking outside. My safety is better being able to hear bike approaching or any one coming from behind. It is one of the biggest safe feature that I love love!Always made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe when I use EarPods outside. Because I can’t hear surroundings well.The headset sound is very clear and sharp. I can answer the phone call while listening. One of the must haves item.I only regret not buying earlier!

This unit provided the best audio from me to cell phone calls of any unit I have used according to my daughter. The ound quality from my cell phone to ears was tremendous.The ONLY complaint is the my ears do not like supporting this unit, hearing aids, and a mask.

I like the product The sound is good The only downfall to the product is you cannot make a call

These things suck. They will be paired and then they will become unpaired. If I have them paired and I turn them off for the weekend and turn them back on Monday I need to repair them again. It wasn't worth $100 I spent. I'm getting power beats and trashing these zbones
