Instructions only coke with pictures cables extremely difficult to assemble. Need a professional to assemble

I purchased this second hand from from guy. He assembled the bench and Smith machine, but did not connect any of the cables.When I started assembly, I had to figure out where he left off. After about 10 minutes of research, I found the instruction manual online, and got to work. Unfortunately, I was missing quite a few pieces.Their website has a support tab, which has a link to a forum to request missing or damaged parts. All I had to do was put the part number from the manual and how many of each piece I was missing, and about 5 days later the parts showed up.Got it put together last night. Outstanding machine.

Box 1 of 1 and box 3 of 3 ok I think but 2 of 2 wasn’t even marked like the other 2! Missing so many pieces and box 2 of 2 wasn’t reinforced very well except for tape in the middle...just tape really!!!!!! Tape was the only thing used on this box...I’m so frustrated...hope you can remedy this situation!
