Allergy friendly cake mix
This cake mix is great, will be purchasing again soon for my little one’s birthday. This is the only cake make we can use for her as she has multiple allergies. It taste amazing with kids who don’t have allergies happy to eat it.

The Best Carrot Cake I've Ever Eaten!
Spice cakes have always been my favourite and when I had to switch to a Gluten free diet I didn't expect to find any quite as good as I was used to. Very pleased to say the exact opposite is true because this mix makes an incredibly moist and warming cake with a nice crust on top. Highly recommend eating it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! The price is a little high, as is the case with most GF products, but it's definitely a treat I'll be buying again.

Never made a vegan cake before and was very impressed with the texture and flavour. Very rich chocolate cake and stayed moist for the 3 days until it was eaten

Very easy to make
Bought during lockdown and chose because you didn't need eggs. Very easy to make, would have liked to have a more chocolate flavour. Served with fruit and my family enjoyed it.

Unfortunately Didn’t Work for Me
I followed the recipe exactly, but it still didn’t turn out right. Funny how there aren’t many pictures of the finished product—maybe that should’ve been a red flag. Mine came out terribly. I won’t be buying this again. Honestly, you’re better off just buying the ingredients yourself and using a trusted recipe.

You need to be Creative by Nature to make a good cake out of this mix.
This was disappointing. I tried the chocolate one twice, followed the instructions exactly, and both times the cake was very undercooked in the centre. It had a sort of mousse-like texture and was very wet, with only the outside edge being cooked properly. It was also very bland and lacking in flavour. Didn't really taste like chocolate or much of anything at all apart from being bitter and having a weird vinegary aftertaste. It needs a bit more sugar and perhaps also some vanilla. I think the cocoa powder used is low quality. Obviously the batter needs to be cooked for a longer amount of time, which I did for the carrot cake which came out quite nice. I think you need to be good at baking and know how to change the recipe to make it work.
