Only good thing about it is the battery life. The app won't allow you to log in or sync the actual device, the one time it allowed me in i had to give permission to access everything on my phone and if I refused even one it wouldn't allow me into the app. I've jjst gave in and told my son(who's birthday present this is!) That it will jjst be a plain watch for now and il see santa about an upgrade. Dont waste your money, the watch itself won't allow you access to anything apart from the stepcount and time.

Not a bad little watch for the price. Got it for my 5 year old. It is a little big for him but it fits & it takes all the heart rate, sleep & step info with no issues. Only negative thing is how difficult it is to take the strap off to charge (although you wouldn’t want it falling off) so.... all in all a really nice little fitness watch.

i Was disappointed with the first Fitbit that I received as it would not work with the app. I contacted the seller and they offered me a new upgraded watch which has been absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for the after sales team, they were quick in replying, friendly and very polite. They sent regular emails to check I was happy with the new product and I felt like they paid special attention to my order. Would order from them again.

Bought this for my sons Christmas and he has been unable to use it the device won't connect to the app keeps saying device disconnected. So now I have an upset 6 year old a device in the bin and a dent in my bank balance due to having to purchase a new device. Definitely would not recommend!!

Bought 2 total waste of money one wouldn’t charge from the day we got and the other one after a week wouldn’t charge please don’t waste your money !!!

The basic steps tracking is good for kids and once you figure out the app and the controls it is a decent little tracker to help motivate my son to stay active.... I have a Garmin Fenix and it is not trying that but overall a nice starting tracker for a kid.

Really excellent customer service. Bought this tracker for my son. The first one was delivered but the battery didn’t last a day. I contacted the seller, who replied quickly and delivered a replacement within days. The replacement works perfectly and my son is very happy! Great little tracker for him...

This item was Purchased in May it’s been barely used. It no longer charges and it seems to only have a three month refund policy on Amazon for returns and acceptable. I’ll be grateful to know how to return this item
