Plays great! Pretty big chore to set up but directions ...
Plays great! Pretty big chore to set up but directions are clear and all the necessary parts were included. Took 2+ hours to set up, including having to move the guys around a few times because we had them in the wrong order/direction. Heavy duty in the sense that the weight of the table keeps it from being pushed around when being played. Good deal for a mid range quality table, glad I bought it.

Not the imperial from the 70s
If you’re looking for a decent foosball table to take you back to the glory days of pin shots, bank shots, and those tools who wore golf gloves (no offense tools), this isn’t it. Poor construction, fit, and finish. It feels cheap. Side boards appear hollow, playing field thin. Light weight components. Even the men different material. More plastic. I’m po’d because I gave away my real Imperial from the 70s that was in rough shape to get this piece ( thought I was upgrading). Don’t waste the money. Go to letgo or craigslist and search for a nice old premier, imperial, or tournament table. It will cost you about 500 less and you have a much better table.

Very happy with this foosball table.
My husband has loved and played foosball for over 25 years, so we wanted to purchase a quality table with the players in the classic positions. We searched high and low for a quality foosball table that wouldn't break the bank. This table fits the bill. My husband and three tween/teens have played for hours a day since it was assembled. The only minor criticism is that the players don't stay in an upside down position when desired (poles are too loose - the players' weight makes them fall back down). I still think the price is fairly high for parts in a box, but I know my family will get a ton of use out of it.

Butcher Block - Sort Of
I am not a foosball table expert, but I ordered this for an office gameroom. To be clear, this is MDF/Cardboard with a Butcher Blook paneling/covering. The players are light, brittle plastic and the playing surface is very thin MDF/Cardboard with support bars holding it up (it was flaking apart as I installed it). The price is in no way in line with the quality and it is not what I thought I was buying. Time will tell how well it holds up, but be sure not to let guests put drinks near it or lean on it if you buy one. This is the first time that Amazon ratings have let me down - pretty disappointed.

Junk. Very little direction, screws for the stop ...
Junk. Very little direction, screws for the stop pieces that are far too long, nearly impossible to screw the table to the underside of the base without damaging the visible white field perimeter. The advice in the directions is to "screw at angle" with no starter holes and a drill is too bulky a tool underneath there. It's "butcher block" if you consider putting a butcher block-ish facing on particle board. The Men are cheap plastic. The balls fly out of the opening after every score. It's just awful. Regrettable purchase.

If you love.......
If you love Foosball then this would be the table to buy. But there's only one thing that i do not enjoy about this: Is putting it together. It was pretty hard because I was putting it together by myself, its more of a two or three person job and it took about six hours because I did it by myself. After playing on it for a while its still in good condition, It holds up pretty good(Its sturdy)The only thing that I do not like is when someone hits it super hard and it goes in the goal and the ball will fall out the goal that's why I gave it four stars
