Came empty, cells are damaged
This power bank was completely empty out of the box, which is a big problem for li-ion cells. After testing, I’m fairly certain the cells are damaged.Charging a 50% full iPhone 13 Pro Max resulted in the power bank going from 4 dots to 2, which is a huge issue as it only charged about 2500 mah and this is supposed to be a 15,000 mah power bank. Further testing will be done but my advice is to avoid as you can’t know what shape this product will be when you get it.

I don't know why people are leaving 1 & 2 star reviews. Unit is 100% as advertised.
People seem to not understand that the faster you discharge a lithium battery pack, the less MAH it will seem like it is capable of holding. If you want to make the charge of these Samsung cells last MUCH longer, just ditch the usb-c charging cable that your using and strictly charge via the 15watt max regular USB port instead of the 30watt PD port. It will obviously drain the pack inside twice as fast. Use your common sense before ruining product reviews people. I was honestly blown away by the build quality of this unit and the fact that it actually sent 30 watts straight out of the box via the I cluded usb-c cable to my devices without having to do anything special at all. I love the form factor and just how solid the aluminum case is and the overall look of the device in general. So simple, yet so unbelievably useful due to that true PD output for only $20? 🤨 what are you people complaining about? Lol I actually charged the bank using 4 26650 li-ion battery cells qll tested with between 5,000-6,000mAh capacity, via the USB output on my lito Kala just to see if any of these reviews about battery capacity held water... it sucked down all 4 cells that add up to a minimum of 20,000mAh worst case and those still only filled the battery indicator on the unit yo 3/4 dots 😆 I you guys really need to educate yourselves on exactly how battery chemistry works and how the current output affects all kinds of things. But MAINLY the perceived capacity 🗣 This product gets a solid solid A+ AND TWO THUMBS UP FROM ME, and trust me...that is no easy feat. If there's a problem I will be the one to find it in a product and with this one I have yet to find one...🕵🏼♂️I do however have a product suggestion for the manufacturer - I have yet to have any connectivity issues, but the very first possible weak-point on these units qs soon as I plugged it in was how wobbly/not very heavy duty or secured the USB input/output sockets all felt. After further inspection is seems as though it's not the actual soldering job (may be, I have not opened the unit to be positive) but more-so is the actual board that the USB jqcks are soldered onto behind the front panel not being secured in place as solidly as it could be. To me personally, being a tech. This was actually a pleasant feature because I see it as a form of strain relief instead of putting any strain on the individual USB Jack's soldering points to the actual board. I could be totally wrong in my assumptions because I have yet to actually open the unit up and see exactly what the cause is behind the flexible USB Jack's, but regaurdless, this is something I would fix as most consumers who aren't as "observant" as I am attribute loose USB inputs out of the box to a poorly/cheaply made product that will not last long at all under their ignotant & careless usqge conditions (most people go through a phone charging cable every other month because of this. Meanwhile I literally am using the one that came with in the box with my galaxy s10+ on launch day 3 years ago as I type this review because I take extraordinary care of all of my belonging by knowing how they work and spotting weak/failure points are before using them) or they attribute it to a heavily used product... just imagine plugging a power cord into a 10 year old HP laptop that was used in a high-school ins whole life 🤔.... lol that's along the lines of what plugging the USB cords into this unit is going to remind people of. I can appreciate appreciate thought if this was purposely designed this way, but mostly anybody else will not. I would tighten that front board up rock solid if this were my product, knowing how tiny things that may actually be a good "flex" for strain relief and an actual hidden feature of this device, will almost allllways be misconstrued by the average consumer unless you specifically advertise this as being an actual engineered feature of the device. 🤓 either way, I appreciate the build of this product and it has thoroughly impressed me since pulling it out of the box. IMO just these bare aluminum enclosures with the 30 watt pd output board is worth the $20 I paid for this Power bank, so I could care less if the batteries inside hold half of whats advertised (even though they absolutely hold 20,000mah at the minimum on my particular unit) and if the price stays here or even goes on sale for even lower, I will be purchasing 3 or 4 more if this one stands the test of time and usage while outputting strictly 30watts via the USB c pd port. We shall see... but EVEN IF IT DOSENT HOLD UP. For $20 I could care less when I can open the unit up and fix the soldering/swap out the degraded cells for new genuine samsungs myself. So as long as I notice no issues or noticeable capacity issues like some people are whining about in the first 6 months, I'll leave this review exactly how it is because for $20 this unit is a great value even if it were using garbage (but at least safe) cheap Chinese no-name cells that don't hold up like the advertised samsung cells do... but because this is specifically advertised as housing ssung cells. If I do run into any issues requiring me to investigate the internal of this unit and I do somehow find anything other than genuine samsung cells inside, I will surely have to update this review to 1 star no matter how good the product is because of nothing more than falsely advertising an otherwise great product at a great price point regaurdless of what actual cells are powering it, just compared this unit to anything else that does true 30 watt PD charging like it, qnd you'll be hard-pressed to find a competitor anywhere for less than double the cost of this one only being $19.99 🤷🏼♂️ that all being said, well done powerarc. You've made a fantastic out of me and when it comes to CHEAP electronics, much less when it comes to CHEAP lithium power solutions though? That is a task that no company has been able to achieve in years. The last company I was this impressed with was "Anker" back when they were a fresh brand on here, back before they were in Walmart, back when they were charging half of what their products were worth instead of double like they do now. Because of that I will not touch them, qnd I see this business model being a serious "problem" trend with lots of electronics companies on here. Hopefully that is not the same strategic business plan for powerarc because I can absolutely see that being the case based off of this one product alone. Steal people hearts with great products at great prices, then once it's it's household name start charging full MSRP for items like these. That's what drives customers like me away to go and find the next anker or powerarc of the future. Keep doing what your doing with this line and please keep the prices this great for a change. That's how you wind up with lifelong returning customer's which is so much more valuable than anker's "bait & switch" type of business model that's being adopted everywhere you look. Again, I can't say it enough this product unboxing and introduction to the powerqrc brand was a pleasant surprise for me. Big fan, qnd I look forward to seeing/reviewing more products in the future.. Geat job with this one though and a big A++ from somebody who not only knows electronics & batteries, but also knows business and production costs associate with these types of items. $20 is impressive for 4+ samsung cells all on their own. Keep this price-point and this is a lifelong repeat-buying type of product forsure. 👍

Awesome and reliable for roadtrips!
I bought this for a weekend camping trip with our family. I planned on using it for my Switch but the product ended up being a huge convenience for everyone. My parent’s phones are older Samsung models and constantly run out of battery. For reference, mobile devices such as smartphones or the Nintendo Switch have 3600-4310 mAh batteries; some of which lose capacity with each charge. The power bank provides 15,000 mAh which is more than enough for everything I use and includes quick-charging features that are really useful for smaller devices. It’s a great choice with the balance between price and quality because cheaper battery banks are prone to overheating or shorting expensive devices. The device comes with an aluminum chassis, carrying case, and braided charging cable (braided cables are the best so I was more than happy with the additional accessories). Since there are two USB-C ports and one USB-A connection, I was able to charge my MacBook, Nintendo Switch, and iPhone at the same time. It’s worth noting that using both the USB-A and C ports at the same time will limit the power output to 12W, and having cables plugged into the charging pack when not in use will cause it to waste power. But otherwise the battery pack stayed cool in my backpack all day, even when it was charging my laptop in the heat while we were hiking.

GOOD !
Power banks are one of the more underrated, but definitely essential tech products anyone should have. However, there are a ton of subpar power banks on the market, so it’s essential to distinguish between the low quality products and the high quality ones. I’ll say it right now - PowerArc’s portable charger did not disappoint. The charging speeds were super fast, for my iphone X to charge from completely dead to 100% it only took about 2 hours. For all the times I’ve used it so far, there have been no instances of overheating at all and the design is super sleek, and I can easily take it with me anywhere.

Amazing Product
I didn’t know much going into this because I haven’t heard of the brand before but I thought I’d give it try. I have plenty of experience with buying cheap generic battery packs from the store. They always end up breaking one way or another so I thought I’d just shove up the extra cash for a “premium” one. Pretty early on in ownership but the materials are noticeably better than the batteries I’ve had before. Charges as it should and comes in a nice box! It even comes with a two-year warranty so there’s no need for the protection plan.

Graphic Designer Approved!
I do a lot of heavy work visual design work on my MacBook Pro and if it’s not plugged in, the battery will drain like crazy. Usually, I’m by an outlet so I’m okay but I’ve been trying to switch things up while working from home and I’m not always near one. I figured I’d need a power bank for when I can leave the house again so I gave this one a shot! Quite often, my work will require me to sketch on my iPad and then transfer things to my MacBook for editing. Knowing me, I can forget to charge my devices the night before. Having 15,000 mAh battery as a backup that can actually output enough power to charge everything at the same time is quite relieving. If this can survive my daily beating of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign… then it can survive for most people… I think. 5/5 would recommend! :-)
