*7-month update*I've had this bed 7 months now, and if anything it's gotten cozier. I do try to turn it every month or so since I'm a single sleeper and I want to try to make it wear evenly, but it's showing no signs of sinking, indentations from my body, or anything like that. I still keep the mattress protector on it, but I unzipped it a little to let trapped air escape (I know it kinda defeats the purpose). The few uncomfortable nights I've had can totally be blamed on my pillow situation and finding just the right setup for my neck/shoulders. My doctor said I sleep like I'm trying to pitch a baseball. :-PThe bed is still fantastic, and I still love it. I'm so glad I found this brand on Amazon, and I hope they're still around if I ever need another mattress in the future.*Original review*This bed is a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma (Churchill). (I cannot understand how something so cozy-soft and squishy can still be just the right amount of firm, but it IS.)I ordered this mattress (without the adjustable base) on Friday and it was delivered by UPS the following Friday. I'm happy with the delivery time. I set it up on my platform bed and let it expand for about an hour (it expanded to 13" straight out of the plastic, measured again the next day and it was 14"). Then I sat on it and laid across it. It was heaven. The fabric was beautiful and soft. At first I thought the mattress might be too soft and squishy, but laying on it felt perfect... not too much sinkage (and I'm plus size). I put it in a zippered hypoallergenic mattress protector... and you know how those things trap air? So then you go to sit on the mattress and a huge pocket of air forms? They aren't supposed to change the feel of the mattress, but I slept terribly on this mattress on the first night. I tossed and turned and just could not get comfortable. I woke up with back pain (but I have degenerative disc disease in my cervical and lumbar spine, so it's nothing new). Imo, encasing the mattress in the protector made it feel more firm, however by the second night I had received a long round cervical neck pillow. I didn't use it for my neck though as I thought my lumber region needed it more so I tucked it under my waist for a bit more support and slept with my regular down alternative pillow (because allergies) to support my neck. I also did some neck and back stretching exercises earlier in the day to help align my spine as well. Second night, I slept so well. A full painless eight hours. I did toss and turn a bit because I'm a side sleeper and that's normal for me, but it wasn't enough to fully wake me. I'd turn and get right back to sleep. I think this bed just might be The One!To sum it up, I don't think this bed (or any bed) can cure your pain if you have back issues or problems with spinal alignment. You're still going to have to do a little extra to get your body in alignment, but then when you are in a good position, this bed sure does feel amazing. It's pretty easy to get into and out of as well. I've only had two nights on this bed so far, but I will try to come back and update this review after a few weeks. If there's no update, then just assume the mattress was so perfectly heavenly that I forgot all about coming back to update! Til then, sleep well, align your spine and protect that neck (talking to you... looking down at your phone)!❤️

Because it was an Amazon mattress purchase, I wanted to make sure to leave a real review.I bought the firm 10inch mattress due to my size (6’6, 270lb), because sometimes medium firm mattresses aren’t what they say they are. Also, I thought that if it would’ve been too firm, I could get a 2inch mattress topper to soften it, instead of getting the taller mattresses and not be able to adjust to comfort. Also, I was hesitant to by memory foam because I heard hybrids held up better with people of size.Okay to the real stuff! This mattress feels amazing on my back and side. It’s firm but not too firm where it’s uncomfortable. I’m able to feel the relief on my lower back and it’s perfect for my higher platform bed with the built in storage drawers. It’s also sturdy for kids being on it and etc. Doesn’t sink or fall in during intimate moments either (for those who wonder).All in all, this was probably one of the best blind purchases I’ve made and the price makes it more quality. Whenever i have to get another one, this will be the first company I go to look at.

My wife and i are amazed with these mattresses,when they arrived we couldn't believe the small box they came in but once unpacked and the plastic removed they swelled to a full size mattress, They are firm and cool to sleep on ,great for my back no stiffness in the morning anymore. It only took an hour for them to completely fill out and are ready to sleep on. My wife likes the idea that the cover the mattress is in is zippered for easy cleaning . well worth the money .We had to add and extension on the end of our beds for theXL or extra length but what a great way now to take your shoes off and store under the bed for easy retrieval and not in the way to walk around the bed anymore ...we love them. Quality is not good at all and refund and return is difficult due to the mattress being opened and once opened you can’t put it back in the box

I'm used to sleeping on a bed that (factually) cost 5 TIMES as much as Sven and Son == so I was skeptical when the reviews and others told me: "the believing is in the sleeping". Darned if they were not right! Sven and Son is the REAL DEAL. It's incredible how soft and luxurious and spine aligning it is. Thanks to all - especially to Sven and Son!

It works, it’s comfortable, but it’s definitely NOT a “soft/plush” mattress. The reviews that said people were sinking in, I don’t get it. My husband is average weight, and I’m a bit on the plus side right now, and we both don’t think it’s as plush as it was described. We ended up buying a 4 inch mattress topper and adding it, for that extra “cushion” and it’s a lot better. It will do for now, and it’s not terrible and probably perfect for many, but for my first time buying a “box mattress”, I was expecting it to have a little give to it. The motion isolation is pretty incredible though! We never feel each other move around when we are both fast asleep.

We bought the split king (aka 2 twin xl’s) and they’re heavy, so heavy it’s almost impossible to move one alone. It’s certainly uncomfortable to move alone.Comfortwise I just don’t think anything works for us since our car accident so we got this one refunded and we donated it and went with a sleep number which is at least light to move.
