This review is about the seller which is Amazon. Returned this item because it was too shiny and thick for what I’m looking for. A day later I still hadn’t received my refund as usual so I called and Amazon rep told me that this item needs to be received back before I can get a refund. This information was not disclosed anywhere in the return of this item so BE WARE

Only downfall was how it was packaged from company, not Amazon
The major problem I had was my necklace was all knotted up! They need to find a better way to package it! Other than that it is a very pretty necklace.
