Portobello CM063601 Crane Blossom Bone China Footed Mug, Multi, 0.3Kg

I love these cups. Bought a few from TJX. Theses came with very poor packaging. 3 of them were chipped and beyond repair. So sad.

In theory, I can get a "refund" but only if I pay over twice the price to ship it back. this seems unreasonableI would like to get a replacement if possible or a refund or a partial refund. I am not sure how to contact a real person to see what can be done. I am shunted to a FAQ page, but nothing adequately addresses the issue.Is it acceptable practice to be unwilling to replace or refund damaged items and expect the buyer to send back the item at a cost of more than the purchase cost and shipping for the item. I do not know how to ask or contact a real person to address this problem

This cup is simply beautiful. Saw at friends and had to have. Also Sent to another friend as gift

Unfortunately first one delivered chipped and returned, second delivery has a bit of a wonky base but not bad enough to send back as supply seems a little short and cup was needed to bring set back up to quantity after breaking a cup.... look great, nice to hold , very good tea sized volume

I love these Portobello mugs and have now purchased a few. I'm a big tea drinker and love the quantity this mug holds. Beautiful to drink out of being Bone China and so stylish.

The handle is very large. Okay if you have big hands.
