Warm up resistance band
Many people use these for pull-ups but I use it to warm up and I really like it! It’s good thick material and does the job! Long band so I have to wrap it in my hands but I know I’m not using it for what it’s meant for so I don’t mind!

Does it’s job
I did not use it for pullups or any assistance. I just used the bands to stretch my shoulder or hips. It does it’s job. Pretty durable

Better than the one in combo pack
I bought this individual band thinking I would only need one but it wasn’t “heavy” enough for me (could’ve been user error) so I bought the next level up for the heavier one and was going to return this one but then I realized the other one was too heavy so I was going to keep both. I ended up sending them both back and bought the pack with several bands, handles and door strap thing. But this individual one was much thicker/stronger feeling like it was made better than the band that is at the same level in the pack I bought for the same price had I kept both the individuals I bought. If you can afford it, I’d buy them individually. They seem to be made better.
