Disappointed.....
I expected to see a new product, but when i took them out of a brand new box, clearly seems to be like used one with scratches and dust. Clearly its not the product that was shown in the picture.

Product was not in "new" condition
The item was received quickly, however the product looks used and old. It looks older than the current used filters I have which I was trying to replace. There are scratches all over the cap and the actual filter/spout is scratched, and gunk all over it. The seller refunded my purchase.

I love my Bobble and I needed new filters. The price of one in my local store was $7 alone, so when I saw $10 for two I had to jump on it. Came in good condition too.
