So far I am very pleased with these bits. I am new to routing and this is my first set of bits. I am amazed how easy routing is. So far, I have made a chair rail/cork board for my boys room and picture frame both using edge bits. The bearings on the bottom of the edge bits glide smoothly along aiding a nice even cut. I am now working on a mirror frame - mission style so I am using a plunge straight bit. The bits have worked exceptionally well. Clean cutting. The set has a nice assortment of bits.

Might be a good starter set...
I haven't actually been able to use the router bits because when I received them the wooden rows that hold the bits were all three broken off the inside of the case and loose in the very thin wooden case. The case itself had been broken and the glue was not holding. The bits looked good, but i wanted to have something convenient to store them in so amazon was good as always about returning damaged items. They are out of stock now so i might have to go with another set for a replacement.

router bits
This is a wonderful starter kit of router bits. They work very well. They are balanced well and cut well also. The case is a bit cheap but it still holds the bits so I guess it serves its purpose. Overall this is a great set for the price. Whatever bits I wear out first I'll replace with the higher end bits but from the looks of things so far, I wont need to replace any for a while. Definitely a good buy for the beginner to intermediate woodworker.

Good product and great service!
Bought a 30 piece set from these guys at a woodworking show. They are really nice. Balanced and cut precisely with no tear out. Their customer service is OUTSTANDING. Called them with a problem not related to their product (got the collet on my router stuck in the shaft with a bit in it) and they walked me through different steps to try with and I was able to resolve the problem. I thanked them for their generosity and Bill, who helped me said, “No problem, that’s what we are here for, to help you guys out”. I will be buying their products in the future.

For the money - Five Stars - Just keep the bits cool.
I have bought very expensive bits before, and I must say I got what I payed for. For instance, Amana has great router bits that stay sharp and cut fine. I love them. BUT I have been having great success with cheaper bits too, like in this set. If I just keep the bits cool, they will stay sharp just like the expensive bits. I keep my bits cool by attaching my shop vac to my router. This set up does an OK job at collecting dust, but a bettter job at getting fresh air to my bits which keeps them cool! for my router table I simply use a drywall screw through my table top and let the course thread grab my plastic long nozzle (which most shop vacs come with) from the under side of the table. If poitioned correctly, the long nozzle will reach into my router right next to the bit.I have toyed around with this set up, trying to make it look and act neater. But this rudimentary method is quite simple, and gets simpler with practice.KEEP THESE BITS COOL, & THEY'LL LAST A LOT LONGER AND CUT A LOT CLEANER!

Woodline is rather economical line
These are typical economical router bits. For such price, no bit in the World can be really good. However, I found trick to make them better. I order these bits and send them immediately (without use) for sharpening to Ridge Carbide. Initially, they will be as good as Whiteside or Amana, but they dull somewhat quicker. However, these bits are as balanced as top line bits. Nevertheless, for demanding routing such as raised panel, joinery and dovetails, I do buy Amana.

Seem to be pretty good bits, lousy case
I'm just a hobbyist and this set looks to serve my purposes for quite some time. I will agree with one of the other reviewers about the packaging problem although my issue is different. Mine arrived intact but I'm not sure it'll stay that way if I can't get the bits OUT of their storage holes any easier. The first one I went to use had to be pried out with the end of a metal straight edge and the rest don't seem to be any better. I'm now having to use visegrips to take them out one by one and clean the protectant gel (or glue if you will) off and even then they're an incredibly tight fit in the case. This gripe isn't too related to their routing function but still, it's a pretty poor execution of the storage case.

First and maybe last set I'll need
Three years and many projects later, I've used most of these and they continue to work like new with a heavy duty router. I was a bit worried that these would be too cheap and need to be replaced, but the set is a great value. As an amateur I've shaved more wood than I should have. Someday I'll need a raised panel bit, but otherwise these do everything.
