Great collection of light roast coffee
I usually don't order light-roasted coffee, mainly because I am not into the sour, acidic flavor of light roast. However, the ones in it were great. If I remember correctly, four of the packages in it were light-roast and all of them are pretty balanced and enjoyable. I especially like one that came in the pink package (I don't remember its name, but I remember the flavor description reads: "lemon peels, taffy, floral"); the sweet and floral taste of it is really pronounced and impressive.

Excellent, very fruity flavors and expensive
This is a wonderful selection of very high end fruity coffees from around the world. In this case there are 2 envelopes of 5 different coffees with a selection of what are described as natural, anaerobic (fermentation) and honey processes. These are all excellent and well balanced but explicitly fruity coffees due to the processing methods. The fruit flavors are very evident but not overwhelming. These are very trendy and wonderful coffees in my opinion. However don’t order these unless you have an idea of what you’re getting into and are comfortable with the process of doing a slow and careful pour over. There’s only 11 grams of coffee in each envelope so this is a very interesting but also somewhat expensive coffee tasting experience.

Impressive taste and aroma!
It is so fresh and refreshing, like drinking juice. Not bitter at all. The sweetness and aroma are amazing. Best portable coffee ever!

Portable, Single Serve Specialty Coffee
I was pleased to find a variety pack among the offerings of Tribo single-serve coffee packs, especially since these gourmet blends feature an array of flavorings including maple syrup, lychee, and “winey cherry” (cherry wine?). They are all based on light to medium roasted Arabica beans. The packets allow quick, easy preparation of a single cup of coffee. Well, not so quick as the water needs to be poured into the open pouch very slowly to avoid going over the top and getting coffee grounds in your cup. In my case, these are not for everyday use but rather for travel. Note that they recommend brewing in water that is 92C (197F) rather than boiling. Each packet contains enough ground beans to make a medium-sized mug of coffee. So far, I have tried the Colombian “Finca Cauca el Paraiso” with rose, peach, and lychee flower. This had a very good aroma and good flavor, but I could not detect the rose, peach, or lychee flower supplements. It was exceptionally smooth and moderately bitter for light roast. At almost $2.30/serving this carries a premium but reasonable price given the high quality, portability, and convenience of this specialty coffee. This also makes a great gift idea for the coffee snob in your life; the engineering of the pour-over bag is at least conversation-worthy.

Tastes off. No aroma at all
I was taken aback by the total lack of aroma. I have used the Tribo coffee variety pack & although a couple were mild, they did smell like coffee. This had no smell & then the next shocker! It tasted NOTHING like coffee! It was an unpleasant taste & I trashed the contents in my mug as well as the entire box! Unsure if what I got was an exception or this particular blend is like this. Won't buy this again!

Great Coffee
This has been a nice portable pour over coffee. It's a light roast coffee with hits of fruit, I'm used to darker coffee but it still tastes good. The filter is pretty nifty and the clean-up is easy. I've been pretty happy with these so far but i'll update if that changes.

Delicious and easy!
I love coffee and I love trying new ways to make it, this was on my list to try so I'm glad I got this one!The coffee is so good! The first cup I made came out a little weak because I didn't listen to the instructions and measure my water, so I ended up with too much water. The second and third however have been great! It doesn't have as much of a burned, bitter bite as some coffee, because it's basically just pour over.I really like the bags, they're super clever. It took me a few tried to figure out the best way to use them, the first time I poured too fast. Then I treated them like pour over, I dribbled water in to wet the grounds, and then slowly drizzled in water so it would take as long as possible to run through. This worked super well. I also used my leveler needle tool to even the grounds out, very carefully.I noticed that while it does fit my small and big mugs (not my jumbo oversized ones though) that it works a little better on the smaller ones so the grounds aren't so spread out, when it was on my biggest (non-jumbo) mug the bag ended up stretched so the coffee was uneven. The coffee still came out good, but I think a smaller mug could have made it stronger.I love this for travel, they're small and lightweight and it is QUICK to make a cup of coffee, it's done before my frother even finishes which is cool.I've tried several of the different flavors and they're all distinct so far, and I really like them! I'm a light roast person and I'm even enjoying the medium roasts because they're strong but still mellow due to the brew method.Highly recommend!

WOW
These are fantastic. I have been drinking and roasting specialty coffee for a decade. These deliver on providing convenient, portable, great tasting specialty coffee on demand. The Costa Rica Raisin Honey process was to die for. So naturally sweet. I'm amazed at how Tribo manages to make pre-ground coffee taste so fresh. Big stamp of approval on this one.
