I have had indoor cats all my life, but have never before bought a "cat tree" because they always seemed so flimsy or just plain ugly. When we added 2 kittens to our home with a 15 year old cat, I figured I had better do something to save my furniture from the scratching and give them something acceptable to climb. When I found this, I knew it was the one - tall enough for them to climb, good tall scratching/stretching posts and it looked attractive and well made. I couldn't be happier! It is everything I wanted for our cats. It took them a few weeks before they really used it much, but now it is an integral part of their day. They each have their preferred perch, and it is sturdy/spacious enough for all 3 to be on it at once. I have it backed up in a corner because there was a very slight wobble when they would get to the top, but I think that might have everything to do with my construction job - I was in a hurry, so might not have tightened everything 100%. But - it doesn't bother them! I would highly recommend!

The way it was packaged first of all was very smart. All the pieces were nearly packed almost like puzzle pieces, without any wasteful spaces or unnecessary Styrofoam etc. Wow, that was plus 10 points for me right off the bat.Wood pieces are solid and beautifully cut. The pads are made well. All the necessary nuts and bolts are there, and the instructions are super easy to follow, thanks to the elegantly simple and sturdy construction.My cats were curious right away the moment I started building and have been all over it since. I didn't want to get a traditional, carpeted tree because it's not visually pleasent to me, and I also didn't want to get modern tree that would be made with cheap pressed wood with shiny coating which makes it slippery for cats to climb on. My cats and I are so happy to have found this sutrdy and beautifully designed tree!!!

I think this is actually the only Amazon review I’ve ever written-and for a reason. This is money well spent. Spent years looking for a washable, non-carpet covered cat tower with scratchers that fit our decor. I LOVE IT! The older cat loves the first level and the cat house part-you can rotate all the platforms to make the whole assembly wider or narrower-as you can see, we nestled it into a corner behind our couch against windows and it’s sturdy. Has a touch of wobble (until we put the base in the corner) so if it was against only one wall (and if we had a chunker of a cat) we’d consider using the wall mount. All is easy to clean. It looks like if you got crafty you could easily replace the jute around the scratching posts if those got destroyed over time, which is something we considered a plus. The wood comes unstained, so no chemicals to worry about and leaves creativity up to the owner-looks as if you could paint if desired. Would totally buy again or recommend to friends.

I initially wrote a bad review as I was so unhappy that it came packed in a banged up box with the screws missing. I contacted the company and they shipped me the screws. I decided to keep the tree as I had spent literally hours to find a wooden tree with no carpet and this one fits the bill. Very nice solid wood, large sturdy wood base, large sturdy wood platforms, nice plush cushions that can be washed, nice sisal poles: all my 4 cats love to scratch them. I have 4 cats, 3 immediately adopted the tree. The tree comes from the country of Georgia (not the US state).

We've been searching for awhile for a durable cat tree that would look nice in our living room and provide a functional place for our cats to play, scratch and climb. This one ticks all the boxes. Constructed of solid birch, it's got a sleek, clean look. Assembling it took about 20 minutes and it came with all the tools and hardware required. It comes with soft fleece pads for the horizontal surfaces, as well as a cuddler style bed for the top of the tree. They stay in place with velcro. One of the best things about this tree is that it should be relatively easy to refresh and replace the parts of it that eventually show wear and tear. The sisal scratch poles can be redone with more sisal, and if the fleece pads eventually wear out, they could also replaced. Lastly, we thought the value for the money was good, given the quality and durability of this tree. Highly recommend.

At first, I really liked this design. It is a slim design with a natural finish that works well with any space. A few of the slats for the covered house were splintered and some wood came cracked. But, a little wood glue and a clamp fixed the issues. However, over the past 3 months, the unit has become very unstable. The screws used to secure all of the climbing towers and house have become loose, requiring the entire unit to be unassembled. I will attempt to use a removeable thread lock, but the unit does not get a good rating because of this. I further have attempted to reach out to the seller/manufacturer. Don't know if it is a COVID issue, but no one has ever contacted me back. I think I made a $125 purchase and am going to have to either scrap it or modify the unit. Not what I was hoping to do. Disappointed in quality and customer service!
