For such a low price, this is a fairly impressive TV
I remember getting my first LCD monitor in the late 90s for well over $600, and it was 15". This is a 50" smart TV, with 4K, for half that price. What a time to be alive! The TV was packaged very well and I was surprised how light it was, just moving the box down to the home gym I've been piecing together. Getting it setup on the stand was downright simple, and after a couple of software updates I was ready to rock. The picture quality was as good as I expected for the price, possibly a bit better. The on-screen menus were easy to use, the remote works well, and the total startup time for the TV is just a few seconds from sleep mode.I was especially impressed by the built-in FireTV. Full disclosure: I've worked for Amazon for about a decade now and I've been a bit fanatical about the FireTV products since they were first announced, and the built-in FireTV experience feels a lot better and responsive than any of the dedicated FireTV products I've used so far. It's fast, responsive, and integrates TV/channel functionality right into the menus. The sound quality of the TV is also a little better than I expected for the price. I can hear it loud and clear while on the elliptical. It's not going to blow your mind like, say, an IMAX experience, but it will probably surprise you how much sound you get out of a relatively cheap TV. The built-in sound may actually sound slightly better than my LG OLED (if I bypass the sound system and actually use the built-in speakers like some sort of ... barbarian).I was skeptical, but no longer. I'm considering replacing my ollllld 32" in my bedroom with a newer model in the near future and might look to one of these again!

I really enjoy this T.V.
Knowing the price point I was not expecting Sony or Samsung high end quality. Good that's out of the way. Now the tv itself. I've been using this tv for at least 8 hours a day since Jan 2021. Beautiful picture. The HDR is amazing. Sound is loud and clear and has both highs and lows. Dolby baby. Dolby vision makes movies that support it look like a digital theatere. Now that we clarified audio and video look superb on this tv let's talk about the mediocre. Refresh tate and motion clarity are subpar. I play my xbox series on it every day and it's not so great for fast motion clarity. Alexa doesnt like controlling this tv from other devices but works for the most part. It gets confused with 3 TVs possibly. Being able to turn off the tv from another room is great though. The controller just like the other 2020 amazon fire remotes the back falls over easily. All in all great tv for 350.

GREAT for the price!
Had it a few months now. Works great! 4k picture is legit. I watched some native 4k things on Amazon and they were great picture. I play 4k video games on it and it downscales to 1080 through the hdmi, not sure why, but still looks good, just not perfect. No issues except freezing on the apps a few times. I just reinstalled them and it resolved itself.I've seen a lot of posts about bad sound. I think the sound is actually pretty good, and you can adjust on the equalizer if you so desire! The best picture recommended settings for this TV are:Backlight 80Contrast 75Brightness 0Color -2Tint 0Sharpness 0Those are from a testing website whom found those were the best settings based on normal watching and resolution needs. Picture can be fully adjusted as well with advanced options. This TV is GREAT for the money! Highly recommended!

Excellent Value!
I read the reviews on this tv and decided to order it. I’ve had a Toshiba tv in the past and loved the picture quality. Received my tv a day early (Amazon driver even rang our doorbell to let us know it was on our porch) and it was all intact with no damage. All parts (remote, feet, cord, instructions) were easy to find in the box. Set up was easy! Sound quality is great, switch to “music” setting in sound settings for improved sound. The remote makes things easier to navigate the tv and Fire app. Voice remote is a bonus! Can’t go wrong for the price - a 50” tv with all the integrated goodies. I got the 4 yr warrant for $30 just in case. I’m super happy with this purchase. Frankly, I don’t understand when people give negative reviews for things like being hard of hearing and blame the tv? Or couldn’t find the remote right away in the packaging ? Seriously? Again, real happy with this tv and the price with fast delivery. Thanks Amazon!
