TLDR: Black marks embedded in plastic, returned at buyers cost for refund. I purchased this product based on the numerous good reviews and the company being reputable. Sadly my faith was misplaced with the product I received having black marks embedded in the plastic. I promptly contacted the seller expecting a simple refund or replacement to be offered. After exchanging messages, with an annoying 24hr+ delay between responses, over 5 days it was clear the seller didn’t accept the product supplied was not the quality described and the stated the “carbon release” “won’t affect the opacity or the ability of the product to serve its purpose”. Whilst this may be true the black marks would not look good on my new cold frame, so as I’ve never experienced other polythene sheeting products suffering this problem I chose to request a refund. Based on it not being defective and being my choice to return the item I paid for the return postage and received about 50% of my original payment back. I would not recommend this seller through Amazon, nor would I recommend this product as it clearly, in my opinion, has issues in manufacturing or quality control. If you just need it for something where visual appearance doesn’t matter then it may be suitable for you.

Fantastic value for money and fulfilled my requirements 100%. Will definitely buy again when the need arises.

Expected to be a roll of polythene, but comes as a folded pile, difficult to use, will not purchase again.

Didnt come with a roll like the picture, it looked like a sad attempt a 3 year old made

The greenhouse was overflowing with tomatoes, so I made a lean-to cold frame, 6' x 4' x 3'.

Arrived in reasonable time, well packed - the product is just what I required and seems good quality.
