Would not buy
When I order this treadmill it said new one left no it was refurbished paint on it and bang up in the front. I would have sent it back but it was so heavy. To much trouble to pack up and send back. So I called them and they said no it was refurbished like new it was misleading advertising to me. But it works.

Proform 700 LT Treadmill
It is as good as a new one with speed walking programs built in and it works great. For the price your getting what you pay for and then some another good purchase researched and purchased through Amazon very pleased. The Jillian fitness trainer programs are quit unique and a strong walk for those that like speed walking or hill climbing automatically adjusting the incline all the while Jillian via voice is pushing you. Additionally someone asked me if the treadmill had a book holder my response was wrong, YES it does it is on the counsel, I just never use it.
