Great Energy with No Crash and Good Appetite Suppression
I saw these pills after watching the Netflix documentary “Take Your pills”. They seemed to be a more natural alternative to energy/cognitive pills. My wife is a stay at home mom and my work weeks are MINIMUM 60 hours so I was open to anything. We went the Amazon route as we did not want to subscribe on the OptiMind site.Well the results have been awesome, the energy lasts me around 12-13 hours and there really is zero crash. My wife is able to go all day and deal with a toddler. She has noticed an improvement on accomplishing daily tasks and likes the overall alertness the pills provide. All of this is great but the BEST part for both of us is the appetite suppression that we get from these. No more snacking through the day or feeling hungry. We will definitely be reordering these and keeping them around for awhile.

Does nothing it claims to do (for me, anyway). Read my detailed story.
I am a stay-at-home mom with a 2- & 4-year-old... I'm a full-time online grad student... and I have a husband who works 14-hour days, 6 days a week. So I am BUSY. The amount of reading & writing I have to do every week for grad school is A LOT, plus everything in the house doesn't get done magically (weird), the kids need me every single minute, bla bla bla - it's a lot for one person. I need to focus. I could use more energy. I don't like coffee. And whenever I do decide to have 1/2 a cup of coffee, I'm wired like a crazy person for the ENTIRE day and have a hard time falling asleep. So that's me...I took ONE pill at 7:40 AM. I felt absolutely nothing until 8:55 AM, when I was sitting at my laptop writing a paper for grad school with my 2-year-old listening to "baby shark" on my phone right next to me. My leg started shaking... that's the first thing I noticed. Okay, that's the caffeine, I thought. That's a normal reaction for me when I intake even the smallest amount of caffeine. So, so far we have... increased energy in a definite burst. It did not come on gradually. One minute I was calmly sitting and the next I was shaking, fidgety, etc. And that's it as of now (9:00 AM). I had to turn down "baby shark" on my phone because it was really distracting me & I couldn't focus on my writing. So, no increase (or help) with my focus at all... so far. Just caffeine-type energy. I'll update later...UPDATE (dropped rating from 3 stars to 1 star)...So, probably like many of you, I became curious about OptiMind after watching the Netflix documentary "Take Your Pills". As you read above, I was looking for something to enhance my focus so I could get more things done, faster. Some extra energy wouldn't be a bad thing either. Well, OptiMind didn't do anything for me. So disappointed because I wanted it to work as advertised. Womp, womp.9:30 AM: went to the gym & did the elliptical for 30 min. I'm in shape to begin with. A half hour on the elliptical is nothing for me - like a long warm-up. When I tell you I was sweating like a beast, that is an understatement. I don't think I've ever sweat that much in my life. My shirt was soaked after just 10 minutes. With a "nothing" workout. I am normally not a sweat-er. So... that's obviously the OptiMind. I didn't enjoy that side effect.11:40 AM (4 hours after taking ONE pill of OptiMind) I was yawning and starving. It was then that I realized I hadn't eaten since 7:30 AM (piece of toast). I was famished. So I guess if you are looking for an appetite suppressor this will work for less than 4 hours. Then you'll want to eat everything in your house all of a sudden. Not cool. I didn't enjoy that side effect.12:30 PM: I unintentionally fell asleep trying to get my 2-year-old to take her nap. Not cool. I never take naps. I have way too much work to do... I can't afford to take a nap ever. What's worse is that normally I have an even energy throughout the day! So I know this was the OptiMind. I just passed out. Not cool. I didn't enjoy that side effect.PROS: Brief burst of energy (less than 3 hours), brief appetite suppressor (3-4 hours) but then you'll be famished out of nowhere - be careful.CONS: *Huge* crash, no enhanced focus, doesn't help you ignore normal distractions, doesn't help you concentrate on your work/thoughts/etc., when it wears off you will want to eat everything in your house all of a sudden, it makes you REALLY tired about 4 hours after taking one pill, makes you profusely sweat.CONCLUSION: Will never buy this again. Do not recommend it. Have a cup of coffee instead for better results than this pill.

I CAN CLEARLY SEE THE DIFFERENCE.....
OK so I've tried a lot of brain booster/cognitive supplements and I'm starting to see the difference. Now if your on a budget(LIKE ME) focus factor in my opinion taken regularly gives you good clarity and focus. however I decided to fork out the extra cash and give this one a try and I would have to say after trying many different products . There is one BIG ADVANTAGE that I can clearly see. In highly stressful times this gives you a certain calmness witch allows to think clearly ... So for me YES I believe OPTIMIND is a great product and YES I will definitely buy this again.

A GOOD WAY TO INITIATE A WORK DAY.
It's a great pill to take first thing the morning. No later than that. It gets me through my morning lag and helps me concentrate at work at first. I feel motivated and focused. When it wears out is what I dislike. I find myself sipping a cup of coffee before the end of my work day as the effect is worn out.I feel sluggish and unable to think clearly. It's clearly a crash that makes me want to leave work and crash in my couch. I don't think there's an energy product that lifts you up without dropping you down. Also maybe its subjective but I think taking these pills can affect my sleep quality(rem sleep). Overall these pills help me get things done within a four hour period before it shoots me out of the sky.

Overpriced worthless product!
Guess it depends on your bodies sensitivity to certain vitamins and caffeine. Some people rant about how good this worked--others say it's complete crap. With my body having a high tolerance to caffeine, i am in the latter: this did absolutely NOTHING for me! An overpriced supplement with absolutely ZERO benefits!

Wish I had discovered it sooner
Now I'm speaking up during law classes more than I used to - and more eloquently. Helps with focus and short term memory. Class isn't boring anymore. Things are more interesting because I can more easily apply my knowledge and critically think. If you're like me, have done well but fear undiagnosed attention issues may be holding you back, then this is for you. I'd try it if you're curious anyway. Better than anything else I've tried.

Peace of mind
I have tried many nootropics with varied results. Some working well while others are too intense, some no effect at all. But the one thing I've appreciate about OptiMind has been peace of mind. I do find myself more focused and alert as it boasts it will. But I've appreciated the sense of calm alertness, and a sense of positive well being. The ingredients are similar to other products I've tried, so this company must have high-quality sources for their ingredients. I recommend highly.
