Within less than 1hour of my 6 year old riding his bike the exhaust fell off and snapped. I was asked if I want a refund or a replacement bike, I said replacement. They sent me a new exhaust, which they said they would also send me a video of how to replace it, which never happened and I'm now being ignored. The bike has now been sat there for weeks as unfortunately it's not as straightforward as you would think. The whole bike needs to be taken apart to get the exhaust into the correct position
