I enjoy the flavor very much. I can't handle caffeine in regular coffee so this really saved me. It doesn't mix very well... maybe if I had a mixer for drinks It'd dissolve easier but I don't so my spoon just doesn't do the trick. I only wish it was lower in carbs so I could have more than one cup and I wish it wasn't made with sucralose. I bought multiple boxes in different flavors after bariatric surgery and loved it until I paid more attention to the nutrition facts. Will finish the boxes I have but not sure if I'll buy again
