I gave random 3 stars. No idea really. It'll take two years at least to really know if something like this is good or bad.

This has the potential to be a great shelter for a motorbike. It is, however, let down by a number of faults. The opening end, when on the ground, is not anchored. Subsequently, when there's a wind, it shudders from side to side and causes wear on the fabric which is wrapped around and fastened with Velcro. This caused holes to appear. Additionally, the Velcro fastenings on the ventilators were worse than useless and allowed rain to penetrate. The sewing at the seams also allowed water penetration. I have been a camper for many years - I know what should and should not be seen around sewn seams - these are sub-standard. So overall, the bike is wet when you go to it after there's been some rain. Lastly, back to the Velcro - it does keep coming loose where it attaches the cover to the frame, although that's not really a huge issue. The metal frame is fine, no distortion, strong enough in high winds, so long as you anchor it to the ground. So all in all, some good but mostly bad. I have returned this item (at my own cost) to the vendor as being sub standard and not suitable for purpose. Still awaiting further contact and refund.

Got this xtra latte one but really this was too big and tKes up too much space, but we are going to put two buggy’s under it and move it to the back and maybe put some storage under it too

Put this up day after I got it and on completion the seam ripped so I took a photo and requested a replacement as the seam unstitched. Seller informed and immediately said I had unpicked the stitches! Why on earth would I when all I wanted was a replacement cover and they need to check stock! I’m a 38 year time served Armed forces veteran and like to think I have high values and standards. Please don’t buy this as they are blaming me for their inferior product.

This product arrived and I was hoping it would do what it was designed to do. But NO! There was a part missing, the when I tried to put the cover on the metal pole the stitching came away.I was very gentle with it and took my time but it just came away. It was single stitched!!! Like really!I am now trying to get a refund and it seems I need to give blood and jump through hoops.If you do not want to wait for a refund my answer is do not buy this product. Save yourself stress and time.A Wickham

Like many others, 2 poles where damaged on arrival, I straighten best possible set it up then reported damaged poles. They wanted the whole thing back rather then just swap the 2 poles, so I decided to leave it. 1yr on strong winds ripped the seam, I had taken the insurance out so decided to put a claim in, worse insurance company I have ever dealt with, they didn't have anyone to inspect it I sent photos on their awful system, they didn't respond for weeks then I got a message saying they was closing the claim, this went on for a while so reported to amazon, long and short is I never managed to get insurance payment either. This items company and insurance company should be struck off by amazon for purposely avoiding payouts.DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT

Quality of the frame poles, poor construction instructions, for the money paid I expected better quality. Doesn't say in the advert you need to have completely flat area to build shelter. Need at least 4 people to build due to cover over the frame, no indication of back and front to help put the cover on. Don't realise until built that it leans then when contacted the seller not very helpful. Amazon couldn't help with return as post office won't take as over 20kg. Seller also not helpful with collecting . Had to give a star rating so I could submit a review but really didn't want to hive a star at all.

Cover split on seam after 2 days, seller said it was put on unlevel ground. This was not the case, they went by a photo that shows the front edge up by approx an inch. I invited them to come and inspect the concrete pad to see that we had abided by the guarantee. They did not. This is the same for all protectors I have seen, 5 are on our estate, all slightly up at the front edge. When asked for a replacement cover they were very abrupt and rude in their reply saying the cover was now second hand, dirty and not damaged when we put it on. It may have been but we didn't notice it. Wanted me to return entire item, (cost £30 to have it delivered!), for them to inspect before they would consider a partial refund. Very difficult as anchored to concrete with with concrete bolts. I did not want a refund, I wanted a replacement cover, also did not want my husband's bike left uncovered for any length of time whilst they inspected it. It is the worst customer experience I have ever endured. I would not recommend buying from this seller to anyone. I wish I had bought direct from Stromprotect
