Perfect size
The lighting and writing size is perfect. It's amazing if you have difficulties seeing or can't see smaller print. It's simple to install and takes no time at all. Once installed it's very simple to control your temperature and keep your house where you want it. I haven't needed tech support or nothing because it's very easy

This isn't a value, it's a scam and a joke.
An absolute waste of money. If you think you're getting a value here by having a slick touchscreen thermostat for a low price, you have been swindled. First off, there is no wifi connection in this, so any Google assist or Alexa that it says will work with it are a flat out lie.Then there's installing it. The instruction booklet is a hot mess of poor translations and jumbled order. They don't put all the instructions in the same place. What's the deal here?Then you NEED the instruction book to decipher the shorthand codes in setting this up, and if you take too long to select an option you have to go back in and restart the process.Keep in mind through all of this, the touch screen is 70% reliable at best.Oh, and I can't forget the main thing being that a basic 30$ Honeywell thermostat WORKS for my second system versus this. For 65$ this should be comparable with a heck of a lot more than it is.All this is to say that it's a complete waste of money. Literally a basic thermostat would be a better investment.I wanted wifi and sent this back for an ecobee and am 400% happier now. Runs flawlessly and setup took maybe 5 minutes. Was it 100$ more? Yup? But you get what you pay for.

the instruction is unclear and temperature is often way off. I would go back to honeywell thermostat

Was a little skeptical about this thermostat but really impressed so far! Temp control on it is pretty awesome too!

I ordered the wrong model
This product does not work with wifi you will need the one with wifi in the model number.

Not good, do not buy
Ease of use - Instruction booklet for programming is not correct at all. None of the steps work.Presentation - the one I received was obviously used as the touch screen was all scratched from previous use. When pressing buttons, the screen flickers.Installation - that was the only good thing about this. Installation was clear and easy to follow.Ultimately, I will be returning this as I paid for new, not used and I want to be able to program my thermostat.
