Highly versatile and adds just the right amount of piquant flavor for my tastebuds. I use it in guacamole, salads, tacos, and any meats I want to give that tropical, seaside, south-of-the border flavor to, whether it’s Mexican, Costa Rican or Cuban. Yum! And thank heavens for a glass bottle.

Builds flavor and color for chicken. I eat chicken so much I was getting tired of eating it. It gives the dish new life. Combination of seasoning I never had before. It does have salt in it don’t add any salt. Changes the same old same old dish.

I've been trying to find this seasoning forever after I bought two bottles of it during a trip to Puerto Rico in 2017! This seasoning is great with chicken, pork, and fish. You can also add it to rice, soup, chili (not spicy), and stews. It's perfect for making yellow rice. I recommend transferring the contents from the large container, which offers great value for your money, to a smaller one for easier sprinkling. The size is large, but you're paying less per ounce compared to buying the smaller bottles.
