I ordered this product and found one was not working. I posted the fact on the feedback. I was pleasantly surprised when I heard from the company offering a refund or replacement of both products. I chose the latter which arrived two days later. Both are working wonderfully. I want to say a big ‘thank you’ for the caring way they wanted me to be completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend this company for their good customer service.

These actually work I’ve bought loads for friends and family. My friend uses them in caravan and hasn’t had a spider in for over a year. Would highly recommend to keep bugs away

Used to repel flies, spiders and bees from coming in the house. Seems to work on bees and spiders but we still have flies coming in the back door despite the unit being at the correct height near the door.

This product was bought to get rid of spiders and moths. Since its been plugged in no sign of either.

giving this product a 4 because it seems like the most bugs moved from the area its placed to the far end of the house, haven't seen any new bugs around but time will tell.

I got this product as I kept getting spider bites in my room, and we had quite a bit of smaller spiders that I wanted to get ride of. So ever since using it I haven’t had a spider bite, and I genuinely though it’s working for the first two weeks. But the spiders are back, it’s like they went on a vacation and came back, so this is useless, just get poison or something.

These are really good. Bought to ward off spiders in our new home. We have them in every room and we’ve not even had any flies or other insect in the house since. Recommend.

Arrived quickly. Very easy to use just plug in. Have noticed amount of flies in conservatory has reduced but not eliminated. Will know more as Summer progresses.
