LYCANDER Gaming Keyboard Italy, Wired Keyboard - 19 anti-ghosting keys, 1.8m cable, rainbow backlight

This is now my fourth attempt to buy a decent keyboard from Amazon at a sensible price. The keys feel good and positive, with the kind of action I'm used to. The keyboard layout is as expected (nothing weird, unlike the Lenovo keyboard that came with my PC). The LED backlighting is quite bright, but can be turned off with a single key press. I only have two gripes so far, which lose it a star: The indicator lights for "number lock", "caps lock" and "scroll lock" are far too dim - given my propensity to leave caps lock on, that will be irritating. Secondly, there is no way of adjusting the angle of the keyboard (ie, no "feet" at the back). I will have to make something so the keyboard inclination is greater. You could argue that it should have been clear from the omission of any mention in the description. It isn't, and as it's such a normal feature, I don't think unreasonable to have expected it to have this simple feature. They have saved a few pence, but I seriously considered sending it back as a consequence. If keyboard angle is important to you, as it is to me, be warned. If you like a flatter keyboard, it's fine!

Very good looking keyboard, I would have no hesitation in fully recommending this product if it wasn't for the fact that after 3 days I'm left with a normal keyboard. It just stopped lighting up, no backlighting at all. Not happy at all!

Out of the box this keyboard looks a bit cheap and nasty. This was not helped by the fact that one of the five screws that holds the surface plate in place had come loose and was rolling around inside the package. Easily fixed with a small screwdriver but still not the best of starts.Set up was very simple it is truly just ‘plug and play’ ( I am running Windows 10 and it connected immediately). It is a heavy looking, clunky keyboard but I am a ’two finger wonder’ typist and tend to hit the keys quite heavily so it was just what I needed. Also I like the little click you get when hitting the keys.With regard to the keys I find they are just the right size. I have typed for two hours continuously without my finger straying onto an adjoining key – a problem I suffered from a lot when (trying) to use one of the slim line keyboards. The backlight does take a bit of getting used to but is fine after a while. You can turn it off but I found the without the light the characters on the keys are very difficult to see. I think this is due to the fact they have been made transparent to allow the light to shine through and without it they just disappear into the black of the key surface.The lack of legs on the back means the keyboard lays flat on whatever surface you are working on. This was a nuisance for me so I improvised by attaching two foam strips to the underside. This raised the back edge and let the board sit at a more comfortable angle.If I had seen this keyboard prior to purchase I probably would not have bought it. I would have opted for something similar but with the lettering in solid white and definitely back legs. That said with a bit of DIY to right the leg issue and some patience to get used to the backlight it has grown on me and it good to use.

Bought this keyboard as a gift for my sister who loves to game. She told me she was very happy with it, the keys work well and are non stick. They are also very fast for typing. She was very glad about that. The light for the keyboard is very luminous and visible when light up, the colours are vibrant and pretty. It is a good quality keyboard that I would buy again in the future.

I purchased this key board because I have a chrome book but I am so used to having my number key to my right hand side which the chromebook only has the numbers on the top of the key pad

I got this as a cheap replacement for my son as his other gaming keyboard broke. For value it's amazing! If you have a child that wants to feel like a pro gamer with lots of lights this works perfectly. If you're a more serious gamer I'd spend a bit more to get something of a little better quality

Seems fine for the money, it's quite clunky but then I brought it as a cheap keyboard to work from home rather than gaming but it does the jobs of it's full size...

Great product, son was very pleased and at such a great price. Hope its durable and doesn't break. But only time will tell
