All packaging was open and the box was missing a set screw and instruction book. Not sure if it is damaged until I try to install. I am not happy that I spent $300 for a new item and received an open box special…if I wanted a used item, I would have ordered one and paid less!

Damaged
First came with dents in handle, replacement came with dents in handle. Pretty sure Amazon is selling seconds or damaged items. Cancelled and returned and ordered through a different more reliable quality vendor. Hassle wasn't worth the $20 savings.
