Well made. Sturdy. Stands the wind very well. Not easy to put up and down and you need to stand on something to put the cover on or be well over 6 feet tall.

Great product we put it in the garden .

Used the parasol for three months over the summer, got it out the next year and used a couple of time before it broke. I opened the winding casing to find that water had got in and corroded the spindle and the cable had snapped.Contacted manufacturer but they stated that since bought over twelve months ago, couldn’t do anything. No customer services standards whatsoever. No offer to send replacement part or offer solutions etc.Very poor experience overall. I would advise to avoid the Clifford James brand
