The battery fuse blew for some reason and I had to replace it as it wasn't charging. It was no big deal and the seller was quick to respond to my concerns.The bike itself is superb. Comfortable, steady, and quick. It's like a cross between a motorbike, a bicycle, and an electric scooter. The chunky wheels and suspension give it a sort of motorbike feel whilst the power being electric makes it also feel like a scooter. The frame itself just looks and feels like a robust bike.The computer display is really good as are the responsiveness of the throttle, breaks, and power assisted pedalling. I usually only cycle on level 2 which is a leisurely pace. I use 3 when I want to get a move on but find it hard to pedal quick enough to feel that I'm also assisting. It's that easy. I like to do a little work so level 2 is fine most of the time for me. I only use level 4 because it's only the two highest levels that allow the throttle to work. Otherwise 4 and 5 would only be of use for going very fast and down hills. I'm still finding different things out like what gear to use with what level so no doubt I will use more levels eventually. Might be good for flying up hills.The bike is powerful and I think would work on most terrains. I intend to do some off raiding on it soon. I doubt anything will go wrong with it as it's really well built. So just the usual wear and tear issues that all bikes have like putting on new tyres and chains.I think the controller is boxed under the crankset and there is a small whole were wires go in. I think if this is covered with sticky plastic and totally sealed this bike would be fine in all conditions as it's well insulated when it comes to wiring. I don't know how the battery would hold up or if that would also need to be covered up for total rainproofing. Would seem easy enough to do.The seat, rack, suspension, brakes, and handlebars are all work well and are robust. I did receive a front light instead of a red back light in the package which must have been a mistake as an electric front light comes installed on the bike. The horn also sounds a bit silly to me being an electric kind of sound. The bike also looks better than most. I think the battery will give a long range because I've done 10 or so miles and the indicator only decreased by one bar. So overall it's a great bike and well worth the money.

1year on, still love this ebike.Some useful stats.I weigh 100kg and use bike on flat ground.Using electric assist level 1, I get a Range of 80km.Using electrical assist level 2, I get a Range of 55km.

This is an awesome bike, got a display on front with speed and how much battery power left, got over 45 km on one charge, this bike is seriously quick, on the downside it is heavy, also you have to work out how it functions, I never got any directions, i am still very impressed with it so if you want a Ferrari in an electric bike this is it.

I expected a better quality build for the money I paid and the fact it cant be used in rainy weather . I should have done more research before I purchased.

Virtually as described but with one or two obvious slight production changes i.e. the battery is now located a little further back, still behind the seat post. This eliminates the necessity to move the seat to remove the battery. Also slightly fatter tyres, neither change affected the quality of the product; on the contrary I believe they were most certainly improvements.

I still have the same problem with the battery showing full when its empty .and the mile show under what it as done .I would like a manual so that I can check the computer settings

This bike do's not have punctureproof tyres as stated...also front mudgaurd had to be re-attach when it broke off...

so why do you offer as if the voluntary anti-puncture protection tire as the photo in the announcement
