Very Poor
It was quickly shipped to me. Overall, the canape had marks on it. The poles came with screws missing.Several other minor issues. Used parts from old one to get it working. Lucky I had old one. Told the Company that I thought it was a used one which was returned and sent out unchecked. They said sorry. They offered 'something'. Not sure what! Then they 'disappeared'! I would have sent it back but had a function and it was too late to get another. Would I use them again. NO. The product was poor. Service poor. Next time I will check out the company before buying.

Excellent Value for money
Wow it's big! Difficult to assemble, slightly worried about its stability in a breeze

Not a great buy
This product took at least a month to arrive and only did so after much chasing . When it did arrive it was missing some bolts . They were delivered after a week but the parasol is certainly not well made and for me not a good buy. That said I have it up and with no wind to blow it about is proving shade .

Buy something else.
Very poorly made. We put it up to find it was broken so took it down boxed it up and filed a complaint. Amazon were great but still have not heard anything from the seller about returns.
