Doves Farm Gluten Free White Bread Mix 500g

This is the worst bread mix I have used in our bread maker. Texture and taste were revolting.

the mix contains all you need and clear instructions for making very good white bread, with a taste and texture that is very similar to wheat flour bread. I have mostly used my bread maker in the "quick bread " setting, as this gave a better result the the gluten free programme. It was not quite brown enough, so I took it out of the pan and gave it about 10 min at 180 C (fan), just to brown up the crust. During lock-down it has been hard to obtain, bu it is worth seeking out if you can.
