These pillows worked out great for me and the people I bought them for. They are comfy with nice head support, cool to touch and head placement. I purchased the regular size for a queen size bed and worked out just fine. To me, the pillows fell in between firm and medium firm, not soft. They also fluff up nicely after a little patting and squeezing here and there. I am planning on buying a second pair for the guest bedroom queen bed.

They're not like other cooling pillows but are comfortable and supportive to keep your head lined up.

These are, by far, the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever owned and slept on. They hold their shape and stay cool as advertised. I don’t know why I waited for so long before buying them. I’ve actually ordered another set for my guest room and suggested the to a dear friend who has since ordered her a pair and fell in love with them.

To be short, these pillows don’t feel like a high quality memory foam. I bought a high quality memory foam pillow from somewhere else and I can *really* feel the differences if I compare side by side... These pillows for one are so heavy! I swear I’ve never had a heavier pillow- there would be no way you could maybe pack in into a bag and carry them for long if you needed too. I swear they make a “thud” sound when I throw them into the bed. I don’t know if that this has much to do with the immediate quality, but it’s a curious feature of these pillows. They also have less squish than my other memory foam. They seem stiffer, and bounce back much faster. For a side-sleeper like me we need that kind of support, but back/belly sleepers won’t be happy with the thick and structured nature of these pillows. The memory foam just doesn’t seem to have enough give for me to feel truly relaxed to be honest. The “lumpiness” factor that I see in other comments about this product is present, but not enough for me to literally lose sleep over. It’s gotten much better with regular use and when I rest my head on them I don’t notice a thing. The smell- yep- there is a very distinct smell. I fluffed them up and let them sit for several days flipping them occasionally and the smell never fully went away. Actually, when I cuddle up to these pillows I can still smell a hint of it and I’ve had these pillows for months now. It’s not a pleasant smell- it’s like what you’d think factory foam would smell like. Rubbery, is what i’d describe it as. So, enough complains- the pros. For one, the price is much better than what I paid for my other memory foam pillows. I got two for a fraction of the cost. When I compare all the cons, I can see passed the flaws. I often grab these pillows and not notice a difference on many nights. So if you’re not picky, these might be the way to go. Especially if you are don’t with polyfill pillows and need just something a tab more luxurious feeling.

I love my bamboo pillows. They have such great quality and have been supportive when it comes to my sleeping. They don’t get flat and after lying down it fluffs back up by itself like I never slept on it.

After waiting a day for the pillows to fully air out & up, I solved a neck problem I have had for the last two weeks. Very comfortable.

They do give good support for my neck so that’s a plus.They are a little hard,sorta like they have to much memory foam in them.

Me asuste cuando llegaron porque vienen hechas una bola, hay que pisarlas un buen rato y dejarlas descansar unas 24 horas. Después de eso genial. Agarran forma al dormir y luego vuelves a su forma original, muy cómodas, frescas (no te suda la cabeza) y pues nunca me ha dolido el cuello pero tampoco me duele ahora así que muy bien!

Excellent value for money

Best pillow I have ever used Respect to the business. They put a handwritten card offering help if needed. Followed the instructions they gave, won’t change this pillow for a long time for sure Highly recommend

perfect for a comfortable nights sleep

Arrived a couple of days late and extremely compressed memory foam chips. The manufacturer says they require at least 24 hours to decompress after a “thorough massage”. They do have a 10 year warranty so I guess this time tomorrow I’ll see what I received for my money.
