My pillows did not come with any instructions. Do I wash the outer cover? How do you make the pillow get fluffy?

Hello,Sorry about this. We just redid our email system to send instructions earlier for the pillows. The outer cover can be washed. We recommend the following: Take your pillow out and massage it for 1-2 minutes and let it sit out for 12 hours so the memory foam can expand. You can also place the pillow in the dryer for 10-20 minutes to fluff it up even more. Memory foam becomes softer with a high temperate. When your pillow needs washed, just take the cover off and put it in the washer on cold and then place it in the dryer. I hope this helps!Thank you,

Hello Rea,With every order of pillows we send out two emails explaining how to care for your pillows. Be sure to check your spam folder as they may have ended up there. But, when you first get your pillows, we recommend that you let them sit for 24 hours so that they will start to expand. You can also put your pillows in the dryer for 5-10 minutes on a low, tumble dry setting and this will make them a lot softer and fuller. We recommend that you put your pillows in the dryer every 3-4 weeks to help them retain their shape and softness.Thank you,
