Compact Vice for DIYers
A very handy vice for DIYers. The grip is very firm and this model does not comes with serrated jaws nor the seller supplies with any extra plastic serrated jaws which is available for 50mm model. But still the grip is OK. The clamp along with swivel base is really handy in compact spaces. When you don't have dedicated workbench, you can clamp the vice to any sturdy surface like a table or slab and can finish off your work.The vice needs some lubrication for the first time though sellers send the item excessively oiled and the packaging is slightly damaged due to oil. I used WD-40 and let it sit for few mins to free up all the 3 spindles for smooth operation. As some other reviewers mentioned there is some rusting on the threads which were due to poor paint job.The finishing of the paint job could be better(see pics). It a made in india product. So hope they can fix these issues in future. Overall it suits my requirements and I consider it to be value buy.

GOOD for DIY household works
I bought it for DIY household works. The packing was very good. The product finishing was also good. The 360 degree revolving clamp feature is very useful and convenient as we can adjust the position in the available limited space inside the flat. I could fix it to wooden stool and was very sturdy. The seller cum manufacturer of Climax was communicative. Thanks for the seller and Amazon.

This is good looking, sturdy and portable..But the screw attached to jaw is too hard to operate.. needs oiling. I observed a little wobbling in the screw attached with moving jaw ..although this does not affect the position of the jaw..it is well alligned with fixed jaw..

Good product, good grip. Go for it.
Very good product. Fit perfectly on my table. I purchased the 60mm. This is great for small household works. Love the swivel. I can position it in any direction I need. Product came well oiled. Could be a bit cheaper though. But considering the lockdown period I didn't mind paying the extra bit.
