First, let me start by saying, for the people giving it a low ratings because of the "clumpiness" do your research on HydroMax/Glycerol supplements. Almost any preworkout powder you buy with that ingredient in it will have some form of clumping to it. I myself love this ingredient, so if it does come clumpy I just throw it in my blender and then pour it back in the container. An all around great list of ingredients. I like that they use L-Citrulline instead of Citrulline Malate 2:1 , and has the perfect dose of Alpha GPC. On those days where need it you can throw in the dose of caffeine that you want via supplementation without taking a huge dose that's normally in PWO's now days. Flavor is also pretty good.

This showed up so clumpy I couldn’t even use it. My son chipped away at it to come up with a serving and said it works well. I was super disappointed by the quality of the product.

As someone who travels first class globally, I've seen luxury, and this product is on par with the best the world has to offer.

This Core Essentials brand Pump has helped me with working out and feeling the gains. I definitely noticed a difference during and after I used the Core Essentials Pump. I’ve used a few tubs of Core Essentials Fury, which has caffeine in it and that one definitely does the job too, but I’ve been trying to take less caffeine as possible. So this Core Essentials Pump is a great substitute. I’ve never really used any pump pre-workouts, I’ve always taken Pre-workouts with stimulants. So I can’t say it’s the best but it definitely does the job for me. The Core Essentials Fury, strawberry colada flavor is amazing but the pump strawberry colada isn’t as good tasting but it’s still ok, not bad.

It’s a shame this isn’t a full time product and it’s a one run thing. This formula was amazing. The pumps were out of this world and they lasted hours after the gym. I think it was one of the ingredients they changed for this flavor that made the pump last longer, and it really did. I’m sad this flavor is discontinued because it was spot on. Awesome product!!!

Based on the favorable reviews, I truly wonder if something is wrong with my bottle. No matter how much water I use or how vigorously I mix my shaker bottle, this is just impossible to drink. The flavor is great but the consistency is so powdery and chalky. Continuing my hunt for a great stim free pre-workout.

This product is a little expensive but, worth every penny. I go to the gym 6 days a week, and this does wonders. I take half a serving (1 scoop) before every work out.
