Great product, easy to assemble with simple instructions. Very sturdy and safe. My littles love it today and they’ll love it for the next 10 years

Looked for a while for a play area, found fatmoose to be one of the best brands based on reviews. We found it slightly cheaper on Amazon, so we purchased through Amazon. We swapped the normal swings out for a UFO swing and a boat swing, based on personal preference for my 2 year old. The assembly was very easy and the instructions was very clear and understandable.After a few week of receiving the item and assembling it, I received a phone call from the supplier, asking if everything was okay, if it was up to standards I expected, if anything could be changed etc. This for me was top level customer service. I would 100 percent purchase a fatmoose play area again when my little one outgrows this, or get an additional section and build off of it.A happy customer, with an honest review.

Poor instructions for assembly and pieces missing. Still awaiting a response from the seller. Had to make missing piece to complete build. Took 8 hours to build in total. Missing measurements from instructions. Overall good product which the children love. Just be prepared for the build.

Brilliant bit of kit! Turned up with time to spare, delivery company were brilliant too! Instructions were very comprehensive and easy to understand. Had a slight issue with some wrong parts being sent but customer service was brilliant & dealt with it quickly! Looks great & son loves it.

My two baby grand children swinging 3 and 1 the who thing moved it felt very unstable, I added some braces ( extra wood ) much stronger

Lovely looking climbing frame, keeping our kids entertained over lockdown.Instructions could be clearer, however we managed to get it together. Be prepared, this comes as completely separate single planks, nothing at all is attached, just be ready for a big project putting them all together. Worth the hard graft. Kids love it.
