Durable Replacement Cord
This rope is thicker than the original Fiscar one, so it's a bit more difficult to install on the pulleys. Also, it does not fit through the hole in the original plastic pull handle so you must use the wooden handle provided with this replacement. The color, though, that royal blue, is just so pretty.

served its purpose. works well and its longer than i needed so i made adjustments. Good quality.

Great Rope
Worked perfectly....Once I got the OLD FASTERNER opened to secure the rope. They might consider sending a new 'rope tie off" so that you dont have to pry open the old one to reuse.

Much too much stretch with this rope
It requires a good deal more effort to cut limbs with the pruner as the rope stretches so much that one is working to stretch the rope instead of making the cut. A non-stretch rope works far better.
