Not what Rösle used to be.
I am using Rösle products for some years now and have always been a big fan. The jars used to be brilliant and the lid sit snuck. Sadly, albeit still a ok product, the lid isn't as snuck anymore amd I do not think they can be considered airtight anymore.Having researched a little, those jars were previously produced in Germany but at request, Rösle confirmed that they are now made in Asia, i.e. China.My assumption is that Rösle had those Jars produced for themBy WMF. WMF when bought by SEB, who owns Tefal, has shifted production to China. My assumption is, that this will be the same with more products. For me this sadly means, that i have 2 brands less to chose from when making future purchases. :(Another one bites the dust… :(.
