Yes we have the weights of all models in the table. Check out the third image on the listing in the last column. There are grams and ounces weights. Large is 3.98oz, medium is 2.96oz and small is 2.57oz.

How thick is the handle?

The width of the knife, if measured across the handle, is half an inch thick. I hope that answers your question.
