Works very well 8 or 4 12v cpu
I never realised I already had the cable. As it splits in two from 8 - 4 . But this is a good quality item. Great for modular power supply, great length. Works very well.

DO NOT BUY, COULD CAUSE IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE TO YOUR SYSTEM! I bought this to supplement my authentic corsair 8 pin CPU cable installed to my PC, I have upgraded my system I have 2x 8pin slots now. After installing both my old cable and this product my PC would not boot. After researching I discovered that using off-brand cables can instantly write off your system. Luckily my system prevented a short but others have not been so lucky. Even though my PSU was listed on the “compatibility list” it did not function. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH WHAT CABLES YOU USE ON YOUR PSU

worked great with my Corsair HX750 750W power supply
This cable plugged into the GPU & CPU 4+4 ports on my Corsair HX750 750W power supply. The two 4 pin female connectors on the other end are attached to make an 8pin connector, but they slid apart to get two 4-pin connectors. The 4-pin connector plugged into the secondary CPU power port on my ASUS AM4 TUF Gaming X570-Plus (Wi-Fi) ATX motherboard and is doing a great job of supping power to my AMD Ryzen 9 3950X 16-Core CPU. All of the metal contacts of this cable are female. The sex is correctly defined by the metal contacts, not the plastic housing. The de3scription for this product is incorrect. Mi ha salvato la build, inquanto nella scatola dell'alimentatore non c'era il cavo in descrizione, fosse stato più lungo di 10 cm sarebbe stato il top, però comunque ottimo prodotto

Câble pour alimenter le CPU
J'ai du acheter ce câble et le couper pour le raccorder à une alimentation dépourvue de celui-ci, et pourtant parmi le très haut de gamme. Pour ne pas le citer... le be-quiet 1000w gold dépourvue du câble d'alimentation du CPU. J'ai donc repris les repères de fils commun et + d'un câble de sortie d'alimentation, et raccordés à ce câble dénudé d'un coté, et fixé sur la prise d'alimentation de mon cpu sur la carte mère. Compliqué tout ça, pour un câble manquant dans la boite d'envoi be-quiet.
