Apple iPhone 6 Plus, 64GB, Silver - For AT&T / T-Mobile (Renewed)

Product support ends on Sept 29th and Oct 1st my phone crashes. DO NOT BUY these refurbished phones. There is a reason they are refurbished. They were returned for defect and repackaged to sell to someone desperate. My issues: Phone will drop calls if the earphone jack is accessed. The phone has a screen that will select by itself. I opened a keyboard and watched it type all by itself, like its possessed. After 1 month it started slowing down. I would press home and it would take 3 full seconds to wake up. Now it's crashing so bad, I can not physically use it. I come on to access warranty and nope. That is what I get for being a busy mom and student. That is a big waste of money!!!!! Very dishonest! Only plus in all this is now Ill get a brand new phone throgh company instead of chancing the refurb. Thanks for nothing!

BUYER BEWARE - These i-phones are refurbished with third party parts! Third party parts are NOT supported by Apple. My phone lasted 5 months after purchase. It is only guaranteed for 3 months after purchase. The screen began to glitch and then became unresponsive. Took it to the Apple store and they ran diagnostics. Based on the serial number, the phone had a repair history and screen replaced with a third party type screen. They could not offer any help in replacement of the phone. Called Kanga Supply and they would not refund since it was past the 90 days warranty. Called Amazon and they would not refund since it was past the 90 day warranty of the supplier. I will not make this mistake again. A $400+ phone SHOULD last more than 5 months! Very disappointed!!

Disappointed of this purchase. :( As it is possible that he buys a cell phone at this price and after two months it goes out completely and he does not want to work .. this is pure brand!!! If I could give it zero star I would do it! Now who replaces my product or my money

I received my phone in perfect working condition,I want to first say. After the phone came in the mail,I called my chosen carrier (Cricket wireless) setup an account and put my sim card in. Once i did that my phone went in a “activation lock” a.k.a “The Apple paperweight”.I immediately thought apple had out smarted me lol,so I took it to my nearest cricket location.The guy looked at my phone and told me what I already knew. My next option was to go to an Apple store (I did this all in the same day of delivery to prepare for a return to seller the next business day) I waited to be seen for 2 hours. I finally got to see a tech.He reset my phone an informed me it was locked by the previous owner. I was advised to call amazon and request for my money back.I was honestly mad,but wanted my phone to work.I went home took the sim card out and started the activation process over.Magic happened and it went all the way through the activation (ONLY WITH WIFI AND NO SIM).Being able to now download apps,I went and purchased another SIM card. I chose a different carrier set up an account and i’m using it now for this review.To total this up,shipping and handling was $231 and a carrier plan for $30🤓. I’m not really sure why the two locations I visited couldn’t figure this out🤷‍♀️.My phone works though and I was able to figure it out myself lol. If you need someone to tell you to buy it then buy from Sikksound for sure 😁.

The phone has been cared for since received. After a few months it turned off and will not turn back on. We contacted apple and went through phone diagnostics which led us to the apple store for in person diagnostics testing. Apple store indicated the phones informantion board (i think that was what they called it) is shot. Not sure how a referbished phone can onlky last a few months. I would not recomend buying from this vendor as i have other referbished phones though reputable companies that we have been using for years.

To receive a phone that is not unlocked it's upsetting. And you don't find out that it's locked until you take it to AT&T. They tell me to take it to Apple well lo and behold I was humiliated because it's locked and without the original receipt they cannot unlock it for me so I am Highly disappointed.

Screen not working. No warranty and when I took it to the Apple store they told me the previous owner had a long history of repairs and even they knew the screen wasn't working. Certified refurbished is false advertisement.
