I've been searching for a long time for a brighter LED light for my bathroom conces.They are pricey, but I can not see in the mirror. Packaged well and just what I needed.Good Company.

Ordered a 3000K, got a 4000K. Wife decided we needed a bulb in the lamp more than the right color so did not ask for an exchange.Curious to see how long it lasts and how well the warranty exchange works in comparison to the Ebay bulbs that have essentially no warranty, burn out in 6-ish months but are a couple of bucks each in multi-packs

The bulbs arrived undamaged, although they were shipped in a mailing envelope. They work as advertised.I've dinged it two stars because the bulbs they were replacing, which were an older version of the same bulb from the same manufacturer, only lasted 2-3 years. Unfortunately I hadn't kept the boxes for the old bulbs, so the lifetime warranty was useless. $14 is too much to pay for an LED bulb that doesn't last any longer than a Krypton bulb. I'm gambling that the new version of the bulb will last longer.If the new bulbs don't last significantly longer, I'll update this review and drop the rating further.
